consumable nature of our health supplements and strict hygiene standards, our return policy strictly

adheres to the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act.

1. The Cooling-Off Period (Unopened Products)

Under the ECT Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your

delivery. We offer a full refund for products (Female Fertility, Male Fertility, Potent Prenatal Pack,

and High Potency Om3ga) provided that:

• Items are unopened, unused, and safety seals remain intact.

• Items are returned in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with broken seals, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Under the CPA, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed supplement bottles cannot be returned or refunded, even if only

a single serving has been used.

4. Medical & Efficacy Disclaimer

Impregna Wellness products are unregistered supplements and have not been evaluated by

SAHPRA for quality, safety, or intended use. We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes such

as conception or pregnancy. Lack of desired biological results does not constitute a defective
